Mars Smoothie Recipe
In a blender add:
1/2 a blender of frozen strawberries
2 cups of milk
1/4 cup of rolled oats
2 tbsp of honey
1 droplet full of liquid full spectrum Farley colloidal minerals (email us if you don’t know where to get them)
Sugar to taste – optional
Fill the rest of the blender with ice cubes
Blend well till smooth. If too thick, add a little water while mixing.
Makes 4 tall glasses.
